My truck stopped building air. Kevin came out and looked at my truck from top to bottom. Was extremely helpful and informative. Was determined to get my truck running before leaving and did so. Was on time and got me back on the road.
I’m an owner operator. My truck broke down and Hook N Haul came to save me. Although they was able to fix it they was able to find a solution. You don’t meet a lot of good people in this world but when you do you give them the respect they deserve. I will always remember this! Thanks Kevin again!!!
Kevin showed up & was very knowledgeable. Although the trailer problem couldn't be fixed until Monday (today is Saturday) Kevin did the best he could to diagnose the problem. He even waited to make sure I could leave, which was beneficial because the original repair ( broken air line to a chamber) was only half the problem.
My company needed work done on our tractor and multiple trailers.
